Tai Chi – beginning class

Instructor IrIayna McCasey teaches a Sun Style Tai Chi session for beginning students every Monday and Wednesday morning from 8 am to 9 am. This class follows the Tai Chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam that empowers people to improve their health and wellness. There is still time to join this class which started on October 1st.
