Tai Chi – advanced class

Instructor IrIayna McCasey teaches a Sun Style Tai Chi session for more advanced students every Wednesday morning from 9 am to 10 am. This class follows the Tai Chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam that empowers people to improve their health and wellness. Contact the library for more information. If interested in a beginners class, please contact the library and when we have enough students we will schedule another class. Currently planning on an October 1st start date for a beginners class.
