Beginner Tai Chi

Instructor Irayna McCasey teaches a Sun Style Tai Chi session for more advanced students every Thursday morning from 9:45 am to 10:45 am.  This class follows the Tai Chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam that empowers people to improve their health and wellness.  Contact the library for more information.
