Tai Chi – beginning class

Instructor IrIayna McCasey teaches a Sun Style Tai Chi session for beginning students every Wednesday morning from 8:00 am to 9 am. Students can also stay for the beginning of the advanced class which follows at 9 am. This class follows the Tai Chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam that empowers people to improve their health and wellness. Contact the Library if you wish to join this class.
